Emergency First Response

Prepare yourself to handle life-threatening emergencies with confidence through our Emergency First Response (EFR) Course in Taganga. This course covers Primary Care (CPR) and Secondary Care (First Aid), teaching you critical skills to respond effectively before emergency medical services arrive. You’ll learn how to perform CPR, provide first aid, manage injuries, and handle a variety of medical situations, including bandaging and splinting.

Our EFR training combines flexible online self-study with in-person, hands-on practice. Gain confidence by mastering essential emergency skills, including administering CPR using a manikin, practicing bandaging techniques, and applying your knowledge in real-life scenarios. This course is suitable for anyone with a desire to help others, with no minimum age requirement.
